Our Story

From Print Shop to Full-Service
Digital Agency

Est. 2004

Finepoint Design started in 2004 as a part-time freelance web design operation and has grown into a full-service digital marketing agency serving businesses across Southeast Michigan and beyond.
The story begins a few years earlier, though. Founder Keith Hearn got his start in the industry in 1998, working as a printer during the early days of the commercial internet. Graphic design and web development were still finding their footing, and Keith was right there at the beginning, watching the possibilities unfold.

Est. 2004

Sensing where things were headed, Keith made the jump to a junior web developer role at a local design agency, building his skills before moving on to companies like MotorCity Casino and Hotel, Iconix Inc., The Wright Museum, and PGN Agency. He also spent several years teaching at Specs Howard School of Media Arts. All of that experience eventually pointed in one direction: building something of his own. Today, Finepoint Design is a boutique agency that combines deep industry knowledge with a genuine personal investment in every client's success.
